Hello dr my son is 15 months old ... A Week ago he had fever with 100.3 with cold and cough ..his pediatrician suggest flu cold 2.5 ml Amoxicillin with potassium 200 g for 4 days and paracetamol+ ibuprofen 4 ml and we completed the dose but yesterday he got 101 fever with cough ...what could be the reason?

May be viral
your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is for fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor
please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as you have already evaluated your baby with your child doctor in person then better to follow the doctor prescription and also  consult with your treating doctor for any doubt.
