Trachea is central. Both hila appear normal. Cardiothymic shadow appears normal. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen both domes of hemidiphragm are normal in contour and position. Sub-diaphragmatic regions appear unremarke skeleton appears unremarkable. Immature skeleton noted X- Ray- Adenoids OBSERVATION: Severe enlargement of the adenoids is seen with significant narrowing of nasopharyngeal air column Pre tracheal and Pre vertebral soft tissues appear normal. Visualized bones appear normal. IMPRESSION: "severe enlargement of the adenoids is seen with significant narrowing of nasopharyngeal air colum" X-Ray-PNS Suggestion of mucosal thickening of both maxillary sinuses Frontal sinuses are clear. Ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses appear normal. Bones appear normal. IMPRESSION:- Both maxillary sinusitis suggest: Clinical correlation, further evaluation / follow up imaging.
