.RADIOGRAPH FRONTAL VIEW
FINDINGS: Single Frontal view of the chest
ilateral perihilar paracardiac region few streaky to nodular opacities scattered with subtle inhomoger
represent changes of bronchiolitis
Rest of the both lung parenchyma appear clear.
Trachea is central. Both hila appear normal.
Cardiothymic shadow appears normal.
No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen
both domes of hemidiphragm are normal in contour and position. Sub-diaphragmatic regions appear unremarke
skeleton appears unremarkable. Immature skeleton noted
X- Ray- Adenoids
OBSERVATION:
Severe enlargement of the adenoids is seen with significant narrowing of nasopharyngeal air column
Pre tracheal and Pre vertebral soft tissues appear normal.
Visualized bones appear normal.
IMPRESSION:
"severe enlargement of the adenoids is seen with significant narrowing of nasopharyngeal air colum"
X-Ray-PNS
Suggestion of mucosal thickening of both maxillary sinuses
Frontal sinuses are clear.
Ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses appear normal.
Bones appear normal.
IMPRESSION:-
Both maxillary sinusitis
suggest: Clinical correlation, further evaluation / follow up imaging. Digitally signed & verifiled.please tell me I am very worried
