Make sure you’re not over feeding the baby so start giving little bit of quantity and give a gap up sometime and then feed again that way if it is because of overfeeding that will be rectified. Another cause could be gastric reflux. For which your have to consult a doctor

gv oral rehydration solution ORS
keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake
apply cocpnut oil on baby tummy area nd gently massage in circular motion
take care...
