#asktheexpert. . Hello dr. Mere period date 1 hai, aur kal raat i feel discharge ander he hua. . Kya ye safe h. . Plzz suggest kya krna chahiye. . Ek beti h 11 mahine, aur abhi baby Nhi chahiye hme.

A. Have your cycles been regular? If the cycles have been regular for a minimum of six months then you can estimate when your ovulation period is. Usually in a cycle which is 20 to 30 days you will be safe from 18th day onwards.Write Your Answer Here
