#asktheexpert hello Dr mera question meri beti ki height related hei she is 12yr 9 month and her height is 5"1... abhi uski height bad sakti hei hei.. uske periods bhi jan 2025 se start ho gye hei... thanks in advance

Mam actually as per doctors if I tell you they believe that the height of a girl child can increase till the age of 18 years so right now I am going to recommend you two things first that you should put your child into swimming because that’s actually going to help in overall body growth including height of your child and second include more of proteins in the diet of your child and keep your child physically more active
