#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. I had a c-sec delivery on 31st dec. My bleeding stops around last week of Jan. But from past one week again I have little bleeding.. Is it normal?

No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Stay hydrated
Do some light exercise yoga regularly

Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment for pain if any
