#AskTheExpert hello dr..am 10 weeks pregnant and am suffering from nausea alott.. I can't eat anything getting full vomitings pls suggest me any tablet or anything

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Take ondem drops
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Stay hydrated
