Evion vitamin E cream or you can also use cetaphil cream both the options are really very good to be used on the skin of the child so I would recommend you to apply either of the two creams they both are available at medical stores and online and extremely good for the issue

I also face the same issue with my daughter.. the doctor said for some years the skin will be like this then automatically the skin will become soft this is due to our pregnancy lifestyle ..  and use ichthylin lotion it will makes skin smoother
