#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my 2 months old baby lip is getting dry and peeled , what is the reason and suggest any lip care to apply to my baby lip

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. it can occur due to dryness so what you can do if you can apply on milk over the lips of the child and also you can apply simple coconut oil this will help in decreasing the dryness over the lips

You can apply coconut oil On your baby sleeps it will help to keep it healthy. Rather than this if your baby is totally on mother’s milk then you should add more water in your regular diet plan. Because mother’s milk contains high percentage of water which also fulfil the need of water in babies
