Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. frequently passing motions after meals is generally seen and is normal in children unless it is associated with some chronic infection like amoebiasis or may be indigestion or could be habitual also .so it needs proper assessment to rule out the cause, but if the smell, colour and consistency of the motion is more orless normal and there is no other problem like fever or vomiting you should not wo-rrry for now .
you can give probiotic enterogermina probiotic 2 times a day and consult doctor for proper treatment if problem continues.
Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear If your child is straining while making a bowel movement, this may be a sign of constipation. Constipated babies often produce very hard, clay-like stools. Hard stools can be difficult to pass, so they may push or strain more than usual to pass the waste. They may also be fussy and cry when having a bowel movement.
