1 yr old child ke khane mein family food ke liye use karne wala oil use karein like groundnut oil , mustard oil , soya bean oil

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. If you want to use oil you can use any oil of your choice but make sure that it is a cold pressed oil we do not recommend you to use refined oil which are not healthy to be used for the child and you can also use Desi ghee
