#AskTheExpert# Hello Doctor I have introduced semi solid food for baby Can I mix formula milk in rice and fruits so that it ll be soft to eat

A. yes you can. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

A. No You cannot eat formula milk to the food you can you can use Amul Taaza or tone pasteurised milk if you want to prepare something that would be the right choice to add to the food but you definitely cannot eat formula milk to the food when you are feeding the child
