#AskTheExpert My daughter will be 10 months in a few days.. my concern she doesn't have the semi solid food cooked for her, she prefers her milk(formula) and she has cerelac twice a day, what should I do so she could have some semi solid food to start..

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend that you should introduce different variety to your baby you should not give cerelac twice in a day to the child it is not that nutritious in comparison to freshly prepared food
