Hello ma’am After three months of delivery the belt is of no use the belt is only Useful if use initially right after the delivery but as of now it is of no use to you so once you complete your 6 to 8 months of C-section delivery and your stitches heal completely go for a proper workout and the diet to lose on your excessive weight
