mam ,it happens because of hormonal changes.
so ,as such no need to worry.
just try to set consistent routine for your self.
have Healthy and nutritious diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
take adequate sleep.
spend quality time with your family.
spend some time alone with yourself too.
cultivate hobbies like reading, listening music etc
