#asktheexpert Hello #Doctor.. Can I take probiotics supplements while breastfeeding to prevent bacterial growth ?? I have 7 month old baby.. Is it safe for my baby?? please suggest..

A. yes you can have it. no worries, or can include natural probiotics in your diet. consume healthy diet and drink lots of fluids. all the very best.
