Make child play a lot. do not feed with foods like biscuits, cakes. chips. maggi. chocos, chocolates
Try to only give home cooked foods. make meal times fun with stories, games, toys, role play

This can turn mealtimes into a stressful experience for you both, and make him less likely to eat well. Instead, just keep offering food and letting him eat what he wants.
