Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sdudden oynset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done  for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Atogla Cream you can apply regularly or otherwise you can go ahead with using candid dusting powder as well so I do not know either of the 2  things you can go ahead with you whatever suits you both the things are very good to be used so you just have to go ahead with using either of the two things
