ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. try to build a group, friends or family whee you can open up. get more sleep. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

Is Every thing good at your home is everything good with your relationship with your husband and your family because sometimes that apart is also there which makes you sad and irritated so everything is good then I think you should talk to your husband about whatever you are feeling and if you want you can take a help from a psychiatrist as well
