#AskTheExpert Hello Doc, I am a lactating mother for for 3 months baby.. I want to take Covid 19 vaccine and is the same vaccine given to me i. e Covaxin or Covishield? Or do we have separate vaccine for lactating mother's.

corona vaccine can be given to both pregnant women and breastfeeding mother. 
as per the recommendations mother can take any brand of vaccine which is available in the market for corona infection. 
also can continue breastfeeding if going on. also mother can go forr breastfeeding immediately after vaccination and if fever and pain occurs mother can take paracetamol. 
the vaccine is totally safe
