#AskTheExpert hello doc I am 2month old preterm extreme low birth weight babies mother. I am unable to get sufficient milk supply for my baby can you please suggest good powder for me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. take protinex protein powder daiky twice with milk. take Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. avoid stress.
