mam ,there are food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit,nuts ,dairy products which help to increase your child weight.
you can offer veggies like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes to your child .
you can feed fruits like apple banana papaya also
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give massage to your child daily which also help to strengthen your child bones and muscles
