#AskTheExpert he is sleeping for 18 hours a day can’t wake up him while sleeping, now he is 52 days old

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the f baby is comfortable with no irritability because of incfantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

This is good dear if baby is sleeping this much as it is important to have a good weight gain. Don't wake up for feed. Give breastfeed as baby demands.
Do massage well. Give baby semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
