#AskTheExpert he is 4 months old now. He is getting red rashes on his hands and legs. now on behind neck as well

A. this might be happening due to some sort of allergy so you should maintain hygiene and cleanliness keep on giving sponging to your baby twice in a day and if the Rash are increasing better consult doctor
