A. it is very common that during the first few months there might be loss of hair and then it will begin to grow again but sometimes it may take more time also according to the genetic pattern. till 6 months of age give breastfeeding becausee that is the best and important diet for hair growth and after that only complementary feeding is started. give regular massage with any type of Mineral oil on the scalp which will again help in improving the health growth.

A. It Is definitely not a problem about these things because it is completely normal for kids to have a hair fall and this is because these hair do not have any permanent quality on permanent growth they are just on the temporary basis only
