#AskTheExpert hai doctor I am 9 weeks pregnant my thyroid level is 13.08 and I taking medicines 50 mg from 5 weeks onwards. Is there any issues for my baby development because of my thyroid issue?

A. When was this tsh level done? Before starting the medications or after starting it? If after starting it then you have to consult an endocrinologist or your doctor for further evaluation

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
