#AskTheExpert good morning sir, my son is suffering from fever ,cold cough n pain abdomen since a week n consultanted paediatrician given syp azimid ,paraid,,salbid plus syp still he is having cold cough n fever not at cured can u suggest me wat to do nw

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. it is due ti cold. Steam will be helpul in Cough and nasal blockage . Also can use nasoclear nasal drop or nasovion nasal drop for nasal blockage and them give steam to baby . If any respiratory difficulty then conult a pediatrician .

Cold and cough can take 3-9 days to get cured completely. So no need to worry. Give medicine as prescribed by the doctor. It will be fine.
Cover ur baby properly. Give steam inhalation to ur baby and apply vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
