my baby 1 year 3 month, he is coughing oftenly and some time I give him Rantac Syrup he get released from Coughing, please advise for further.

hi
frequent coughing can be result of allergic reaction to dust , pollen etc
so please get it checked.
keep your child well hydrated
give Luke warm water to drink.
avoid giving oily spicy,cold and sugary food items.
give steam inhalation twice in a day
