#AskTheExpert good morning my son having cough ND fever as Dr. prescribed I m giving me recofast syrup mefkind and chericof I lot prescription I want to know what dose should I gv him and how much time per day

A. yes that s infection fever. If you are so concerned about this matter so then I would suggest you to better take help of a nearby doctor who can tell after a proper detailed examination about the problem involved in this .

Hi mommy Give turmeric milk twice daily Give indirect steam inhalation Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly

Guardian of a 5 yr 2 m old boy

Q. Dhruv has high fever since 3 days and we had been to paediatrician to consult. He mentioned it is acute tonsilitis and has prescribed - Amoxicillin syrup, Welminic syrup and Mefkind syrup P (SOS). He mentioned after giving Welminic syrup, if fever doesn't reduce, then only give Mefkind syrup. So everytime I am giving Welminic syrup, the fever is not at all reducing. He has prescribed Welminic for 4 times per day, so yesterday thrice fever didn't reduce, I gave him Mefkind P syrup three times. Now also after giving Welminic, fever has not reduced, my question is - Mefkind P is safe to give for 3-4 times a day? Or should I go for Ibugesic plus? Which is more safer - Ibugesic plus or Mefkind syrup P?
