#asktheexpert GOOd Morning Doctor, MY SON keeps getting intestinal worms time and again.I have given him an albendazole dose twice at the gap of 15days .Still he complaints of itchiness cos of worms.And it has been 1.5 years he keeps on getting this problem.Kindly advice.

It could be due to some infection in that area it is not necessary that it is because of worms only I would suggest you to have a proper checkup with your paediatrician or sometimes you don’t even realise that could be an infection and accordingly they can guide you with the course of antibiotics if required
