He is getting fever 101.2 temperature around midnight 2 (only midnight) , rest of the day he is very active and no fever at all. We are giving him paracetamol tonic.
May I know the reason behind this.

because high fever indicates that a child is having an infection.
so please keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child lightly.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
