#AskTheExpert good morning doctor my kid doesn’t eat properly she only drinks milk and rice she doesn’t like to eat is there any medicine to giver her which she gets hungry

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Most of the babies are fussy and picky eaters till 5 years and giving any kind of medicine is not a solution. First, do not force feed and make eating a funtime. Feed in a separate room, away from distractions and play and talk to him while feeding. Serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw in different shapes and colors. Try mixing variety of foods and then feed for better nutrition like besan and beetroot cheela, oats with nuts and fruits, mixed vegetable soup, milkshakes with dry fruits, legumes, chicken soup, eggs in different forms, etc.
