AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes u can continue if you ur breast feed is insufficient. There is no problem in that. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk,etc in ur diet to increase bm
