the only e way to lose tummy fat is by doing exercise make sure you also following a healthy diet which is high in fibre and protein and very low in simple carbohydrates and refined foods along with that started doing brisk walking for 30 to 45 minutes on daily basis

The only way is to excercise. Best to avoid any pills. You can try some dietary changes also. Like reducing fats and carbs from your diet. In breastfast eat a bowl of sprouted grains. Eat a fruit daily.
Do power yoga, or zumba or your preferred excercise daily. Make sure you sweat during this.
