#asktheexpert From few days breast milk production became so low. Baby is on mixed feed from beginning. What should I do? Wanted to give baby breast milk. But Its so low. What should I do?

A. hi please do the following things: offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced. Make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply massage your breasts with coconut oil take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this stay stress free
