you can give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process of teeth

you should gently rub your pointer finger on sore gums of your child.
and it is best to give silicone teether like Babyhug silicone teether which will definitely help to soothe itchy gums.
