Q.

#AskTheExpert for constipation baby what should I give her ?? & her stools are hard n painful for her that she cries every time she do her potty. She do her potty Once in a week or once in a 4-5dys . Suggest me some tonic for easy passing out stool/constipation for my baby who is just 22months old.. orelse sone remedies to ease her pain too

A. it sk very com in kid. Hard stool is very common in babies ; due to low fiber and water intake . So increase the quantity for water and fiber . Also lactulose can be used if severe constipation is there and it is trouble some .
