A. Hi Mom, if your baby is active, happy and eating properly then nothing to worry much. you can feed variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed and outside food. include stuffed roti or paratha, rice or daliya varieties with veggies, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, banana, chikko, boiled potato, sprouts and pulses, variety of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, pancake, chila ,stuffed idli, dosa, veg upma, poha, sheera, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations. offer handy snacks inbetween after 2 hours gap maintain good hygiene avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
