A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 1 year 4 months old baby, give a balanced diet having all the food groups now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods

A. Whatever diet you are eating an every day basis in terms of fruits and vegetables you should just go ahead with giving the same to the child as that’s the best food that you can offer to the child at this age so that’s going to be the most healthy food that’s going to be the most nutritious food which will help in increasing the weight of the child which is that your child to have proper food habits for thatWrite Your Answer Here
