A. Hello dear parent! Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Good luck and take care.
