Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi You can give 3 to 4 meals a day from recipes like mashed dal rice ghee, khichadi ghee, upma, sheera mashed banana avocado, egg boiled , chicken soup, vegetable soup, mashed broccoli with egg, fruit smoothie. date ladoo.
