as your child is 4 year old,offer different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
you can offer fiber rich food like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, prune juice , fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
