#AskTheExpert #FitJ I m looking at loosing weight post pregnancy, it's been 2.5 months since I delivered, what food can I choose which will not affect my milk supply.

A. Hello ma’am For initial six months I would advise you to have good amount of patience because you exclusively breastfeeding the baby so you are just literally going to hog all the time it’s going to be difficult for you to go for any kind of diet because it is going to affect your breast feed and everything so have patience and once your child completes the age of six months and your child shifted to semisolid food that’s the right time where you can start with any kind of exercise and dieting
