initiate with a small piece or in soup form little and see if baby is comfortable
usually chicken or egg or nuts can be introduced one at a time once baby completes 1 year of age

yes , you can start giving it
but as you are giving it first time ,give it in very small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not then increase it's quantity
