ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes can take paracetamol during breast feeding period it is safe . if u have continues, fever than it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Suba salute Lee you can take Enthanu you can continue feeding the child as well because paracetamol is a very basic medicines which you give to your kids also when they were suffering with fever Sudha Wich basic medicines which of mother can also take during the time of fever and chicken continue feeding their child in the similar manner as she was feeling
