teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage baby s gums by fingers.
give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth

Most experts agree that while localized soreness and pain may occur, teething doesn't cause symptoms elsewhere in the body, like rash, vomiting, and diarrhea. Consult your family doctor or pediatrician if your baby is vomiting or has any other severe symptoms. And don't try to treat your child yourself.
