A. during teething kids tent to eat less due to loss of appetite that might be one of the reasons for loss of weight but in case your child is lost a lot of weight please visit a pediatrician

A. If Suffering with fever or your child is having diarrhoea then yes there could be a possibility because during that time kids normally have a loss of appetite as well so since they do not eat and then suffering with fever or diarrhoea so it is common for them to lose down a little bit of weight
