ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. during teething kids tent to eat less due to loss of appetite that might be one of the reasons for loss of weight but in case your child is lost a lot of weight please visit a pediatrician

If Suffering with fever or your child is having diarrhoea then yes there could be a possibility because during that time kids normally have a loss of appetite as well so since they do not eat and then suffering with fever or diarrhoea so it is common for them to lose down a little bit of weight
