shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum normally yes it does otherwise it depends on the individual as well because every person is having the different routine otherwise it's better that you give a short nap to the child in the afternoon it help to restore the energy as well as it will give you some your time as well it's not mandatory but it's better to have it
