Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleepr also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers mfay have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

It Should be a minimum of 10 to 12 hours to go for that’s the healthy sleep to the child should be having at this age if your child is sleeping for minimum that much of a time that that’s good enough because this much amount of sleep is definitely good enough to be painted
