Q.

#AskTheExpert Doctor please suggest something to increase homoglobin level apart from iron syrup/drops.My son eats everything which is not eatable like choona, chowk, crayons, mitti etc.

A. iron containing food items like leafy green vegetables lentils been's dates are rich in iron but also give Vitamin C which is necessary for absorption of iron from the diet
